The sole variable you happen to be working with, is the interference around the locking bar and more than likely an away from spec Slice on the BCG.Are there marks on the security lever? If it hits when closing, the M16 cut might be too "extensive" and will artificially don both equally the lever along with the spring. At the least thats my theory
